From Insight to Impact
I’ve spent over 30 years working across government, utilities, and tech, leading transformation programs, shaping policy, and building high-performing teams. Throughout that journey, one thing’s always been clear: the right people make all the difference.
I started Talexa to bring a smarter, more personal approach to recruitment, one that’s built on deep industry knowledge, practical experience, and genuine relationships.
I’ve been the client, the contractor, the consultant, and now the recruiter. That means I understand the challenges from every angle. I know what it’s like to need someone on the ground quickly, and what it takes to find a person who not only has the skills, but fits the team and delivers from day one.
At Talexa, we focus on quality over volume. We listen carefully, ask the right questions, and only recommend people we’d back ourselves.
